Professionals will scoff at your idea, and they'll scoff at the products marketed for DIY. I've installed multiple Bulldog Security remote starters. They offer a T-harness cheat that (depending on vehicle) removes half or most of the splicing work. Some come with a video and a cheezy tool/supply kit. A professional will provide better results, but for my money, I can get into a warm vehicle for a lot less.

Pull in this Crown Vic for a diagnostic on audio. We saw this and thought "maybe it's a really beefy siren for the alarm?". Nope. Center Channel; screwed to the floor and aimed at your face. I can't make this shit up.

I'm not sure where you're planning on buying the amp, but I know Rockford Fosgate has $100 and $50 off deals on some of their amps right now. I'm pretty sure you can get a Power series T400-4 for around $300 at Crutchfield with the discount. Plus you get 50% off a amp wiring kit. I'm looking at the T400-2 right now.

yeah 2 of those shouldnt be a problem, they have a lil over 5" mounting depth, i believe you can fit a 6.5 mounting depth behind the seats. I plan to run 2 RL-i10's behind mine, possibly 2 DD2510's. You jus need to relocate/remove the jack and the plastic vents and possibly the carpet/padding on the back wall.

Thats a really bad ass deal!!! they are 350 a piece used!!! I had just electric mirrors on my 07 classic, and I got the power folding turn signal mirrors too. I just need the switch for the power folding. It has the little "ghosted" pic on it. Should be all good then.

I really liked the W7. You seem like more of an SPL guy, and this would fit the bill nicely while still offering some semblance of SQ. Set your gains via a DMM and test tone and you'll be fine.

I personally dont like the headrest monitors anymore. They are too close and are small. I had them in my Jeep and a lot of people complained. I think an overhead would be better. Then you can flip it up and out of the way. If you are set on headrest monitors look at the Alpines or Kenwoods. I had the Alpines and they were great at about $700 for the pair.
