There may not be any hybrid hummers but you can convert the hummer into one. You can use an HHO kit or an electric assist kit to raise the mpg on those gas guzzlers. Theres a bunch of places that sell these kits. I actually just found two earlier that talks about these hybrid conversions at http://www.convert2hybrid.com and http://www.hybridcars.com I think thats the way to go until Hummer comes out with a hybrid.
