You should still be able to get the bolts from the dealer. I would however replace all of the bushings with polyurethane bushings instead of rubber ones. They will outlast and out perform rubber bushings every time. If you buy them from a company that specializes in this type of bushings they might be able to supply the new bolts also. Usually both sides quit at the same time, but something could have gone down that vent and blocked the opening near the bottom. They should come on automatically. Your talking about the small lights inboard of the turn signals correct? The bulbs might be burned out.

try unplugging your ect sensor the one in the tstat housing. If it helps you could try replacing it. their pretty cheap. If not mine turned out to be the ip. also check your glows. Even possible injectors are acting up.
