It should not even be your insurance. It should be the one who hit you from the back. I could be wrong but if you were hit first and you hit the one front of you after you should be clear. I really have no idea about the lemon law and accident in the process. Your best bet is to ask the lawyer.

To my understanding is that in order to be CPO, the dealer must do a thorough inspection and replace some parts as needed. Some car makers also add extended warranty to their CPOs. So, if the car is not classified as CPO, yes you should pay the fee to get it certified.
Can you give the exact specs for the car?

Have them check for any body damage from prior accidents. I missed the window on mine and couldn't get Carmax to owe up to the problem. I knew my rear bumper was repainted, possibly from an accident, but since Carfax/Autocheck didn't show anything, and i couldn't get an official word from the Infiniti dealership in time, there was no way for me to officially file a complaint with Carmax.

I just got finished reading several threads about this and I'm a little confused. I would like to add XM sat radio, backup camera, and ipod integration.
-Is there a certain order I must do this in? Would I be better off adding it all at the same time? Do you have links to what I need to buy?

i am lowered on Eibachs and i've had no problems going to my dealer and them getting my car on their lifts. you should not expect any change in service just because your car is lowered and if you do...time to find another dealership

My friend has had his 08 for 6 months now and he didn't know until I told him this past week that he has speed sensitive radio volume.
You cannot lock your fob in the car if you don't have another one on your person. The car beeps and the lock won't work. (Pushing the button on the door) You'd need to use the manual key to lock your fob in the car.
