i think the weight gains of today have a lot more to do with lack of excercise than fatty, unhealthy foods. Don't get me wrong, there are certainly more fatty foods around than ever, but the idea that somehow we ate healthier in yesteryear seems as absurd as the idea that fruits and vegitables were healthier back then too. I have a assumption that salad was no more popular back then, than it is today... What were big players at dinner in...

I didn't really check this out a whole lot but I came across it on Digg and was pretty bewildered by the fact that people were digging it. Anyway it might be an interesting read for some so I thought I'd share.

Urgh, I generally haven't got a problem with religion as long as it doesn't get in anyone else's face, but three things that should be kept a hundred million billion miles away from religious influence are Politics, Education & Healthcare.
