Step-daughter is coming for dinner. SO I pulled some ribeyes out of the freezer (bought on sale and vacuum sealed), have potatos to bake, and cole slaw mix with ranch dressing instead of cole slaw dressing. NOT bad for pulling from the stockpile and not stepping foot in the grocery store in quite a while.
OH and iced tea and left over cake from Thanksgiving.

Was meant to make a Tuna Mornay before going to my mums but it didn't happen. Got a whiff of a BBQ being cooked as we left there so we came home and defrosted meat and BBQ'd it. Didn't have much to have with it as it's shopping day tomorrow!

OK, so in a private message Becci told me that ' chicken Maryland' is what I would call chicken leg quarters!! (I seriously thought it had something to do with crab!!)
How about train smash??? That intrigues me.
Here's one for you, Becci - we have 'sloppy joes' a couple times per month. Do you know what that is?
