Weekender would be awesome. I'm thinking GOR could be good, as those who don't want to stay out overnight can turn around as late as
Port Campbell and still get back to Melb without any hassle.
It would be worth hiring CB Radios for the trip too. Did this with some of my mates for a GOR trip. For $20 for a weeks hire they were invaluable. I think my mate got them from some place in Box Hill. ...

And another nice one to Mornington today. Strong headwind on the way down. And a ripper ride home. I thought...
nice and slow. Take it easy. 33 kph was easy, so I sat on 35-37. Enjoyed passing some muscly tri-guy up a hill in Black rock. It was on after that. We sat on crazy speed from then on. Hampton to Brighton was 45+.
No Tony Rominger, but there you go. I had fun.
