Hi! Something completely different this time. I wanted to show the thrills of childhood and I took this chance to play with Vue materials. The character is Poser and the wave was born as a Vue terrain, later refined in Zbrush with caustics alphas. The material is a water Vue material to which I applied translucency (basically sub-surface-scattering with a high depth, around 3 or 4 meters, if I remember correctly). After adjusting colors,...

Fairy Kisses Promotional Image
Published (2009-01-06 10:13:00)
Greetings all. This is my first ever completed render, done as a promotional image for my wife's book (Entitled "Fairy Kisses"). I...

Wow! Can't believe no replies. After seeing this car in person in Detroit a few years back, I must say you've done a great job! Can't wait to see the actual car all over the streets

Hi! A fantasy scene this time. Again, done with a mix of Poser, Zbrush and Vue. Final render in Vue. The only postwork was the addition of the cloud, all the rest is pure 3D and pure Vue render. Happy 2009!

Hi! This is another one in the series of the one I posted some minutes ago, "old land of giant gods". The terrain work was done with GeoControl and Vue, the vegetation is Vue, render is Vue. Houses are imported objects.
