My advice would be to take the cars you win and use them to win other races. For the most part, each car you win can help you win another race down the line with little modification needed. Do your best to save your money as you go. I have a pair of fully decked cars and I'm still sitting with over 500k CR at Level 25. In time you're money will grow.

Set the diff to about 35/65 f/r split, then change the front ARB to about 4 and the rear one to max. problem solved. (this is very, VERY broad-strokes tuning, but it should give you a good basline to build from) HighSeas Tuned Click pic for site Founder of Higgins Motorsports, now merged with Venturi Tuning, cars available by request.
