Hi, Is there a way to access the Presence application out of an Aastra phone, say for the receptionnists who wants a quick way to find whats the status of an extension. I know that sort of thing would be impossible to implement on a product like HUDLite as it is closed down but a simple HTTP interface where we can query an extension to get the same result as the phone does would do it. Ideally a full featured dashboard with realtime updates...

This phone is pretty cool, it doesn't work very well with the Plantronics Voyager pro though. This headset goes into a sleep mode, and the phone doesn't tell it that it's hung up, as a result if I hang up a call on the phone and answer a new call the headset will actually hang up on me. Which file stores the information about which Aastra extension is assigned to which IP address when I try to login to an extension number already in use? I would like to know this so that I can create a backup server for a client. This file apparently isn't backed up using the FreePBX backup. Think I found it in /var/cache/aastrastartup_asterisk.cfg.

Skyking, I'm not having that problem with 10-digit dial on my 6739i. I'm guessing this is what you're talking about. Here's what we're using in aastra.cfg: sip dial plan: "1[2-9]XXXXXXXXX|[2-9]XXXXXXXXX|x+#|xx+*" Maybe that will help? -- Randy

Hello, Anybody got the Aastra callers list via XML - It should probably be made with mysql. I'm trying to make LDAP query and then use name and surname for callers list via xml.
