Published (2009-12-12 09:46:00)
Hi all, I guess that I have found the problem. I was abel to test my installation on a second webserver and there it's running fine (I can open the admin and config panel). The problem is that I have two domains.. each of them in one sub-directory. In my case it was "CHS". The installation of osTicket has not detect that "CHS" is my root and not "html". I hope that my host provider can...

It's the same in mine. Code: require_once('Mail/mimeDecode.php'); The strange thing is that from what I can tell, the location of "Mail/mimeDecode.php" should be "pear/Mail/mimeDecode.php" But it works just fine for me as "Mail/mimeDecode.php" Is your mimeDecome.php in "/home/www/myaccount/html/CHS/support/include/ pear/Mail/mimeDecode.php " Because that is...

Display list of existing tickets
Published (2009-12-06 18:52:00)
I've been searching through the Wiki on a way to do this, but haven't come up with anything yet. So I hope someone can help me :-) In an effort to minimize the amount of tickets we get, I would like to display a list of all tickets (or just the ones that's been answered) on a page, so that they can see if their question has been discussed before. Any way? Thanks muchly!

E-mail issue

Is seems that is a firewall problem. eth0 is marked as external or internal?. And eth1?. If eth0 router is marked as external and it should be, you should allow SMTP or Mail System in the 'Filtering rules for traffic coming out from eBox' firewall's rules set.

I am trying to work past the SMTP issues also. You said you are using outlook with your current set up but make sure you are using the same port on OS Ticket as Outlook. I know many ISP's are blocking port 25 and making customers use another port. Also make sure the authentication is set correctly. You will have to check with your email server settings? Are you hosting yoru own e-mail server...

Sounds like a session issue. You might want to check session path in php.ini and make sure it is set to a valid directory. You installed RC4, right?

OK I feel like a dope. I had an access-list issue in my firewall that prevented me from reaching my SMTP server off site. I have that part fixed but I still am having the Exchange issues.

Hello, I first just want to say what a wonderful find osTicket is - it has most everything we need in a ticket system, and won't require any "hacking" on our part to fit our workflow. My main concern is easily accessing our old ticket systems. I am thinking of just going through and trying to field map, exporting and importing to the osticket db. Before I do this, I was wondering ...

Once logged in ( http://mydomain.com/support/scp/login.php ), I click the Admin Panel link in the upper right corner, the admin panel link becomes a link for the staff panel and I see the following tabs across the top of the ...
