I have the same problem. I search great part of this forum and I'cant find a solution. Try this http://drupal.org/node/340010 solved the problem of someone, but not the mine. More suggestions??

Did you upload includes directory? clear cache.

magazine_article_node_form is not a part of core drupal, you maybe customize the form.inc file. try get diff form.inc between 6.14 and 6.15, modify them in 6.15.

I'm looking over the 6.15 install file and seeing create a setting php file and a script file and some other things which I have no clue about. Is there an easier way to upgrade? I don't know any php or any other technical lang. so I'm afraid to do this myself. I have striped my 5.10 install down to the minimum to not lose my cck data, CCK, Locations, Views, pathauto. I have upgraded these modules to latest stable versions. I keep getting fatal errors during update to 6. I wish I would have written them down. I think one of them referred to location.views.
