magazine_article_node_form is not a part of core
drupal, you maybe customize the form.inc file.
try get diff form.inc between 6.14 and 6.15, modify them in 6.15.

I have striped my 5.10 install down to the minimum to not lose my
cck data, CCK, Locations, Views, pathauto. I have upgraded these modules to latest stable versions. I keep getting fatal errors during update to 6. I wish I would have written them down. I think one of them referred to location.views.
