Oh my GOSH!? It was the little lock on the top of my Zune - It was in the locked position.? I take it that this prevented it from doing anything (I thought the Zune was dead or something).? I took it off of "lock" and I was able to start syncing.? I have the 4gb models - I'm not sure if they all have this little lock feature on the top or not.? Thanks for your help!!!

If they are showing up in your Zune software they either aren't in the right format or are not visible to the software. Since you said you got them from your Zune, the only thing I can think of is going to the settings area  and pointing the software to where ever you have the videos stored. Good ...

That's all you need to do. Bring up the picture, tap and hold, and then select "Apply as background". You should get a message that the background was changed. You might want to try a different picture just to see if anything changes.

Basically the lower the bitrate (kbps) the worse the quality is going to be but the less memory it takes up, the higher the bitrate the better the sound quality but the more memory it will take up. Do you have three seperate accounts and only one Zune Pass? Thats what it sounds like you're saying. If so you should know a zune pass will only work for one account. Seperate accounts mean you need seperate zune passes.

Lately the Zune team has been cracking down on area control for some reason.  All you should have to do is change your location in your settings. Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Location (tab) Change the location in the dropdown box to United States.  That should fix your problem. ...
