In the bottom left corner there is an icon the looks like a piece of paper. Hover over it?with your mouse and choose 'New Playlist'. Name the playlist whatever you want. Then just drag songs to the playlist. The icon will turn black and when you're done adding songs click the icon. It should take you to the playlist and from there move songs up/down, where ever you want them to be in the playlist.

no not yet.I did try the Zune in my Shelby and the voice commands work well.But it can only handle 278 songs or folders--so i need to make some folders--Ill try Autoplay,whatever that is,Any suggestions on how to move the songs i have into playlists would be apprecaited--bob

I recently tried installing the Zune software on my other computer and I've been experiencing problems. i downloaded the package, I click the zunesetup.exe? then it tells me that a system udate is required. the exact error message is System Updates Required Zune Software Installation can't continue untill youve installed one or more of the required updates. http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?/LinkID=101231 im on windows xp service pack...

I had a similar problem on Vista Home Premium 32 bit machine.? Not as familiar with 7, but running the program as Administrator prevented the software from crashing, although the sync slowed to a very slow crawl (about 1 song every 2-3 minutes).? At least I was able to stop the sync and not crash the software.? Not sure this is very helpful, but would be curious if it leads you anywhere.

sure did for the past 4 hours wrecking our x-mas should take it back and i will spend the extra 75 bucks for an i pod touch!
