What information would you post on your website that was specific to ceremony
guests only? Time and directions? Include the ceremony specific information as part of your enclosures for those guests in their invitations. Keep your website for all guests, that way you don't have to risk hurt feelings/confusion.

That's a lovely idea. You can really do it however you want! I recommend being as relaxed about it as possible. Maybe when you're about to pop your bottle together, announce to the group and ask that one volunteer from each table pick up their bottle and join with you to pop the corks!
