it shouldn't matter if its
moded.. the only person that can make the call that your bike is modified is the guy at the dmv.. hes the only one licensed to make the call.. so they cant charge you with anything unless they dyno your bike and have a signed document from the dmv.. but even at that if it wasnt your fault you shouldnt have to pay

get a set of old
barrings and just shave it jist right to fit on crank and in block its easy

Get taller gears but you will lose low end power. That would be the easiest and cheapest way. You can also opt to get a bigger bore or modify your stock bore but you will also need to rejet your carb and possibly may need a bigger pipe.

Running one for more than 1 year.
Great love it! The Clutch Compression Tool is good too. Was using my feet would never do that again.
