This is petty, but when a user is not logged in, the username box is pre-populated with the text "User name." Because it's pre-populated, this blocks the browser from auto-populating the login credentials. I figure this isn't worth the trouble to fix by itself (or at all), but maybe just something nab next time someone is making a modification anyway.

Yeah, hey, I'm gonna bump this because I am getting unhealthily worked up by a thread and would like to not see it anymore so I can calm down, but I can still see it after ignoring the person who made it. Please?

No, definitely not going to remove every trace that someone you ignored posted. It'll get too confusing. Edit: I mean individual posts. Yes, we should have the thread hiding things back.

It does some auto-correcting at the moment, but it's limited (no regular expressions, just literals, and it applies to the whole page). Can I get an example of typical clueless use of the tag?

Self-Requested Bans In making that new group it has been made possible for the self banned to read the forums while logged in. I am not sure if this effect was intentional but it appears to counter the point of the self ban i.e. to reduce distractions and stuff. I am sure those who have temporarily exiled ...
