Potrebbe essere interessante monitorare le Opa (ostili o meno) sui mercati USA, poichè a volte presentano delle discrete occasioni. In questo periodo ad esempio ci sono alcune opa ostili da seguire. Intricata quella fra AGU, CF e TRA, in pratica AGU cerca di scalare CF che a sua volta tenta di comprarsi TRA. Agu offre 40$ +1 azione propria per ogni azione CF, mentre CF offre 0.4235 ...
