star trek has always been a bit like that. generally they don't interfere with

Hi Player 0- good post- interesting question....will they continue with the alternate timeline series or not....not a bad idea considering they could effectively do what they want without ruining the "Main timeline" . Definitely have

In recent years technology has moved forward faster than ever before. It probably comes down to the fact that we no longer have to get clearance from the church to do everything. As for estimations of future technologies, it's impossible to know where we'll be next week, next year or next millenium.
