Hi Suunto, Im the same as you trying to fit this in between other stuff which is not the best way, any way my previpus post managed 15 pips with a trailing stop but didnt post pics as id been on nights and couldnt find the motivation. i find because my time is limited i tend to look at to many currencies in a frenzy and just confuse myself

With the close of the last 4 hour candle which happened about an hour ago, there are 2 pending orders based on my system:
1. EURUSD - SELL @ 1.5030, stop: 1.5088, limit: 1.4973
2. USDCAD - BUY @ 1.0521, stop: 1.0452, limit: 1.0590

This is an example M15 chart. the blue circles show areas that fit the rules the pink circles are very close trade at your own risk I keep a 15 min chart up as the night goes on and when PA gets into a potential set up I switch to a 5 min chart and sit down at the monitor.
This is chart is off Oanda, known for bad charting. for the method I am using it works fine.

This was today's +15 pips at 25.00 each pip, got 375 bucks
As you can see on the chart a few minutes after I got off the trade the price went up like a rocket. BUT the thing IS that this kind of lift after it hits the (RED or GREEN) bar only happens 65% of the times. So I prefer to take what I got for sure and don't look back.

Hey,
Yeah scalping is the only way I can make money....for some strange reason.
But I dont really have a system per se.
Ive been trading so long now, that its mostly second nature.
I just use the 300Fibo bollinger bands do determine entry points.
And grab 1-2 pips, usually. Or 3-5 if its a 'good run' lol.
I watch the "tape" with my futures broker to get a feel for the market.

My view is that its the percentage that your account is up say at the end of a particular period(monthly, quarterly etc.) that should matters rather than the pip count.
Here's a simple MM strategy.
1. A maximum risk of .5-2% of deposit capital on a singe trade. Apply the risk to account capital each time theres a gain 50% or more to the previous capital.

Did you all see how they started picking corn for a couple of days and now they are letting it a grow again? If in you look real close like, you'll see they picked that corn right to the ground. Then they had to let it grow again. All you had to do was wait for them to stop picking it before you got in. When you saw it start to grow, that was the time to git in.
