Can't determine the cause with this little info. The part numbers are above on the chart I provided. Napa and others should be able to reference. The Bosch universal sensors come with their own splicing connector. It's well designed and relatively easy to use.

If you have a 3rd generation Explorer I have the following questions: 1. How much did you pay for your transmission rebuild? 2. Where did you take it for the rebuild? 3. What kind of warranty did the rebuild come with? 4. How many miles were on your transmission when it was rebuilt? 5. What are the specifics of what was replaced (basic rebuild or something more complex)?

unless your buying quick struts from monroe you're gonna need a spring compressor first. that lower arm has to drop down a ways to get that strut out. it's a pretty basic r&r.

When these vehicles have problems, it usually isnt so much the engine you have but the drive train. From my knowledge the engines will outlast the rear diff (although yours may be new enough not to have the problem), the cats and the tranny to name the big ones. So thats where your money will go. About the engines, an American V8 will always outlast an American V6. I have never seen a V6 made...

The normal number scheme is bank 1 is the bank that contains cylinder #1 which is on the passenger side. The sensor closest to the engine is sensor #1 and the number increases toward the rear. However, there are some unusual numbering schemes and the following link contains a diagram for the 2001 V6 which may be similar to yours. ford explorer rough start up then runs fine.

7.5k for a v6 EB '03 with that many miles is asking for trouble unless it was a highway only and garaged constantly. Id have to say try looking elsewhere. I also seem to recall that 2003 may have been a trouble year but I'm not sure, someone else can probably get at that for you. I found my 98 sport with the same amount of miles in REALLY good condition for 1800. Keep looking around as ...
