I like to double up on header gaskets! I like to use two of the paper gaskets never any leaks. Just retighten header bolts after they warm up a couple times. Works real well for me anyways.

You could also try a place called Motion Canada (Motion Industries in the US). They are a supplier of hydraulic parts, custom hoses and bearings. At work we get a lot of various o-rings from them from time to time. If there is not a Motion location near you, you may have to find a similar place.

Go to a wrecking yard and pull them from another truck. I just pulled the fronts and rears from a '95 to replace the worn out ones in my '95 and they cost me $120. I lucked out and found ones that were in perfect shape and matched my interior.
