Most of the cases with that happening on the older ones, (I haven't dealt with the newer ones), it was the switch on the door latch. They probably are the same type. Welcome to the forums.

I was thinking the same thing. I haven't been able to find where the lights are grounded too, its been pouring down rain for the past couple days so i haven't worked on it again. If i have to, would i be able to splice the ground wire if i find that there is a break in the wire somewhere? Looks like the problem is fixed. Not sure if it was the wires, the lucas fuel treatment, or the leak I had after the maf sensor. Have not checked MPG yet but hopefully that was related. My 2006 Mustang thinks that the passenger side door is not fully closed. The door ajar warning light is always on and the window will not close all the way up. The wind noise and rain is driving me nuts! The door closes solidly, and locks securely. The window does the full auto open and close, except it doesn't ever go all the way up. Just a thought...does your car have an MAP or an Air charge sensor under the intake manifold?
