Can't help but think this will be more of a joke than a real competition. No doubt, Symon will win. Wonder if the surprise ingredient will be sugar.

Duff failed miserably in a cake challenge, I see this as being even worse. This is the problem I see with 'food entertainment' as being sold by FN. Watching someone incompetent in the kitchen who wants to be wacky is not what I want to see IC for. I want to see the best vrs the best.

I had heard rumors that Mario wouldn't be doing ICA anymore. But there he was a couple of weeks ago on the White House episode with Emeril. Tonight, they didn't even acknowledge him. That's pretty poor continuity and not nice to the fans, IMHO.
