VERY COOL . both books show cooking down to the roots . I used to love the Graham Kerr show on Pbs as a kid too . he was Ab before AB learned to cook . he used science to cut down the calories in food .

Several weeks ago I got a new cookbook titled "The Charleston Chef's Table." I just got to reading it last night and lo and behold there was Jack's Cosmic Dog! And, it had the recipe for the blue cheese slaw and told what brand dogs and buns they use. So, now y'all can make your very own Cosmic Dog that AB enjoys so much. I agree with him... they are so good. And the sweet potato mustard is...
