Do hot drinks give you dirrear?...

I don't drink many hot drinks at all, but hot coffee definitely makes me go. Probably a combination of it being hot, and it being a diuretic.

What do use i use to marinate...

I use red wine, olive oil, sliced garlic, a few peppercorns and worchestershire sauce. Put in a ziplock bag, add steak and mush it around a bit. Marinate at least 20 minutes and preferrably overnight. Flop the bag over a couple of times in the fridge. Let the steak come up to room temp before cooking, and shake dry before cooking (pat dry if using a skillet and not a bbq).

At my Walmart they still have them. Look harder/closer, have a friend/family member help you look, or ask a worker to help find them or if they still have them

oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and a little tabasco sauce.
Use twice as much oil as vinegar and use the same amount of sugar as vinegar. I mean using tablespoons.
use a few drops only of Tabasco sauce a shake of salt & pepper.
Shake it up in a jar or plastic container.

You will need to learn the names of ingredients that are made with animal by-products. I don't know them but have heard about them from my daughter who went vegetarian. It's more expensive. You need to be sure you get a balanced diet. I hope your parents will back you up with your choice. It isn't easy being the only one in your household.

well, it's good that you're not getting the sour cream or cheese with your chicken, but too much spicy food is bad for humans. it's also good that you have vegetables, but eating out does cost both money and health as you never quite know the oil that is being used and you don't control the quantity of the oil either. so i suggest perhaps eating it a bit less.
