I'm from Portland. Everyone I know from across the entire country says they have the worst drivers. People in general suck, get used to it . Come to San Antonio and ask them if they have the worst drivers...they will swear up and down that they have the absolute worst. It's a competition nobody can win. If you want a bump of 25 hp but want an easier way to get it...get the Rotrex supercharger kit from F2. Run 4 psi, gain about 50...

Best chances are to watch craiglist for a parted out 2.3 car. Or if you can find one at a junk yard. Just with the junk yard its hard to know if it is a good motor or not. I believe the harnes is the same, and all you need is the ECU.

Its a little more involved that just bolting it in. you need the wiring harness as well as a few other pieces IIRC. I'd just go with the SPI it would be an easy swap then.

the torque convertor has 3 or 4 i believe 4 bolts holding it to the flex plate. it is a 13 or 15 mm. you have to remove those and then you are free to take the flex off. there is a little hole that a ratchet with a deep well works good in. you have to turn the crank to line the nuts up with the hole.

you could use the v8 kit and just fab some motor mounts to fit for a 2.3 turbo out of a mustang svo or tbird turbocoupe, or get the bellhousing to bolt a t5 to the zetec i forgot the company that makes it but i believe theres a thread somewhere on here about a t5 and a zetec for a kit car or something of that sort
