Yeah that's loud LOLz. I like the tone of the mbrp. I just wish it was louder and slightly more raspy. Hence why i think removing the resonator would get me that.

No, not colder. Was the recommended set for the focus. Only thing I did was to verify the gaping was equal (carefully). Once warmed up though, there fine. If I get some time I will perhaps install my former AR104 (used but not in bad shape at all) and see, or get the AR103's (I think there colder though but have not checked).

^^^ The reason I changed the boots is because I ripped one off when I uninstalled them. I got them all redone just for peace of mind. How woud I know if my axles are bad?

No, it won't work. You don't have a balance shaft to delete. They are only in 2.3s.

Well the A/C compressor is not what makes the air blow through your vents. So if that was your idea then it wont work. If your think about the fan located inside the dash that make the air blow, then its more work than it worth.

Fswerks, F2usa has good parts and yes exhaust, intake and throttle body will void the warranty. but i dont think they make a upgraded throttle body for our models yet. but its all stuff that can be taken off and put back on if you ever have a problem :) and i dont know if there is a dif. i know the ecu changed on each model.

I was under the impression the MBRP was available resonated and unresonated... in which case you could probably dig up sound clips. But I could be wrong.

Analysis: Larger aftermarket throttle bodies will provide improved throttle response, but some owners, including myself notice that these units are a bit touchy in traffic. The unrestricted design provides the improved throttle response, but the larger diameter is mainly only beneficial when other mods have been done to the entire intake system like a Cossie IM, a larger MAF and most FI ...

a little water is fine. the motor can actually ingest healthy amounts of water and run fine. the problem is when there is so much water (that cant be compressed like air can.) that you bend rods and break cranks. If you live in a freqently wet area conside a shroud or sheild to protect the filter from spraying water from puddles.

Kaaz is nice if you plan to rally it or go off road. Downside is you need to more maintainance to it than a Torsen-style LSD.

Could have hit a wet patch, maybe you were on the road paint (thats usually slick), maybe your tires are getting worn, or maybe your car got a bug up its ass and felt like kicking it gear a bit harder. Could be a number of things but I wouldn't be bragging about chirping second to many people, they will laugh... a lot.
