ok talked to justin at comp turbo and he said normally journal bearing turbos dont need them.. but putting one in wont hurt it at all... he said try it.. and he said to use a .60 so im gonnna try it this weekend.. if i can get one from somewhere in town..

Maybe check around and see if anyone has one... you can use either the Predator or Xcal to datalog without haveing to actually own it.

i have the bbk. I dont go that easy on my car. Like others said it all depends on how often you put it into boost. If you are cruising down the highway the mpg will be pretty similar to a stock zetec, driving the actual blower of course has some loss but like also state before, turn it with your hand, its pretty free spinning. the only time extra air is forced in requiring extra fuel is when you are accelerating quickly. So zipping around town...

You have seen oil leak in the piping? the same thing in the exhaust side of the turbo?

Used properly it will give added safety , used for more performance and you will loose an engine , Of everyone one I know that had one that changed the timing when they added WMI they had engine failure from one of many things Tom

Option 1 would look better than option 2, I think. If you put a grille in both slots it would be a nice unified shape. As for a suggestion...you could just cut a huuuge hole in the bumper and not fill it in with anything, haha.
