iirc the transmission mounting ears are different.... not one 100% on that as i've never had an Auto kit in my hands before.

Homemade turbo build sugestions??? hey, im looking to build and peice together a turbo kit for my zetec focus. do you guys have any ideas on where i should start. my dad works at a machine company and they could fabricate headers and maybe a downpipe. Does anyone know of a site or something that could give me some tips on that. ...

Being that i'm going full custom, i can really get the pick of the litter here. After much deliberation the turbo will be gt2860rs. Was going to do the 2560 but i dont want to **** around with the stupid 2 and 3 bolt flanges, and im not sure how i would like the torque dying off at 5500 (check out some dynos if you dont believe me). Also I was going to do internal gate... but then got an ...

Actually it could be cause the svt is just an upgraded zetec which only appears in i believe 05 on ?? also duratec engines were rare to get in a focus that yr. The redline i believe for a zetec is around 7500 ?? The duratec i think is around 7800 or so ?? But i could be wrong.
