Easier upgrade with United SWU?...
Published (2009-11-27 15:34:00)
C to F is easier on the 747 as there are 16 seats on the 747 vs 8 on the A340. With Y to C, the 747 also has more C seats. At the end of the day it probably depoends on the booking situation. Anyway, make sure your Y fare is in an eligible fare bucket. IIRC the cheapest SWU'able bucket is V in Economy. (Please correct me here if wrong, as I have no competence whatsoever when it comes to whY travel )

Dear Michelle, may I try to enlist your help with a very specific "problem". When dozing off while on board LH I made it a habit to get showered by IFE Radio Channel 8 (Lounge), my favourite channel with nice loungy music. I even frequently visit LH's website to track down the playlist and see what I can find on the net for download. I have troubles sourcing several songs, but most desperately I am looking for a track...

Which FFP allows the suggested outbound flights? Too many legs, stopover + back tracking. SQ does not allow C awards on the A380 or 77W (A/C with F suites and new C class seats) unless you travel in Y. You need to book F award to be seated in C on A380 or 77W. Your Q: I class availability to Europe on SQ are usually difficult ...

To update the lounge list when you have a moment. NZ has a new regional Koru Club in Tauranga. Osaka uses Sakura lounge and Port Vila a contract lounge. The NZ *G statuses are Gold Elite and Gold (there is no NZ Elite status). I have to say Budapest ground staff was actually pretty nice. I stood in coach line and the agent called me over to biz and we had a nice chat while checking in. If somebody would have told me to use the machines if they were just chatting and I am eligible for that line, I would have definitely said something and been in their face!...
