Andrea, the HH Rep, said before if you qualifed before March, exp is March 2010. If you qualified after March, then it is March 2011.

I suspect that because the cert is based on the new reward categories that we will not be able to make reservations with the cert until after mid January.

No points, miles, or credit toward tier status will be awarded for "no show" situations when a member has made a reservation guaranteed with a credit card but then does not check in to the hotel--irrespective of whether or not the member's credit card is charged for any portion of the reserved stay per the hotel's " no show" policy.

The Hilton in Antwerp is heavily used by business travelers and it might be difficult to be upgraded during the week. I believe, you'll have good chances during the weekend. In any case the location of the Hilton in Antwerp is just perfect for a visit...

If you qualified last year, it's good to the end of the year (2009, though they give you a couple months after that).
If you requalified this year, it's good till December 31 of 2010, plus the grace period at the end.
They moved everybody back to calendar year for qualifications and expirations.
