I have SERIOUS doubts about this story. The only source is the Xinhua article, with no mention in Radio Okapi or any other news source. There is no specific data about case or death counts. And there were two previous
Ebola outbreaks there in the past two years. I think this is an echo of the confirmation of one of them.
ProMed may have gotten fooled again...
