Couldn't agree more... Mach number is a function of the airplane's ambient pressure altitude, temperature, and true airspeed and is meaningless and erroneous as a groundspeed.

I was kind of thinking along the lines of Cascade. I agree with damiross that everyone's needs/wants are different. I personally don't really care for the maps, but prefer the graphs. Others, I'm sure, are vice versa. If we could set it up the way we want, it would be really great.

Hi FlightAware, Firstly, amazing job guys! You really do offer an excellent tool to all aviators. What i'd like to see, is an addition to the live tracking browse by aircraft type page, but instead of showing the aircraft currently in the air, it would show you all the scheduled departures for that specific aircraft type. One way this could be done is by having an option (check box) on the live tracking browse by aircraft type page that...

Hi everyone,
I think that the graphs need to be reintroduced back onto the main screen of the airport. I found that as my favorite feature of this website. Whether or not you put it back will not affect whether or not I use this site, but I would greatly appreciate it if you do put them back.

Addendum... As long as I'm being picky about the flight log display....
I would change "Heading" to "Track" to more accurately identify what it is.
Also, I would greatly shrink the size of the "Direction" column and use the 1-2 letter abbreviations (e.g. NW, SE, etc), which would be just visually easier to scan.

The problem with expanding around the world, as implied in the Questions/Answer (this link is available at the top right of every page here) is that other countries aren't as willing to allow air traffic data to be disseminated to private companies.
