Hello, my name is Mylène, I'm a 18 year-old cinema student, living in Paris. I'm looking for a flatshare in Helsinki in 2010! (Best areas: Punavuori or Kallio.) I speak English and French but not yet Finnish. I'm a serious student, non-smoker but I'm not bothered at all by smoke. I also like going out. Opened to all suggestions

Usually HOAS rooms are unfurnitured. If you get something with basic furniture I suppose, HOAS is not coming to change beds or something else there due to different tenants' needs. But I also suppose (don't know) that if there are two beds they are similar- so it's possible to put them side by side to one bigger bed. During your stay you can take there some furniture you need, but you also have to get rid of it when you leave....

Hi, our flatmate is moving out on December 18th, we offer his big and furnished room from December (paying from January) to the end of May for sure. Possibility to stay longer if wished.
