AZ: Congrats on the transfer. My current Re seems really out of step with the rest of the country that allows spouses in the room for transfer. On the bright side, they allowed me to pee a little before the transfer as long as I did not empty my bladder. Let's pray that your embies snuggle in with mama. Were they able to freeze the 3d one? gv: I lost total track. Was this an IUI or an IVF? I will hold the jumping for joy until you are...

Rita, ACW, and Bunny - Good luck tomorrow!!!! AZ - 3 is great! I had hoped that you would get all three - and the three you did get were of a good quality, so fertilize little eggs, fertilize! Did you do ICSI? Ladies - I'll be away for a week or so. My GM passed away (this was expected and now everyone can be at peace), so I'm travelling to Japan for the funeral. I hope to return to lots and lots of good news and I will be thinking...

bunny - SO did you get an officail number? Whatever it is congrats. tired - I am so very sorry for you. I agree what Monty said take time for yourself. FYI when I mc'd I spotted for 2 days, then went in for u/s and then they scheduled me for a d&c the next day (no spotting after the first 2 days. So from the time I started spotting to d&c was 4 days, you may still be able to schedule it, a natural mc may take some time....

GrnMtnGirl I've always suspected something being off with my thyroid, but it always comes back "normal" I definitely agree that the majority of this weight gain has been from emotional eating. Back when we started trying I was 20 lbs lighter ... maybe even more than that ... but completely stopped working out, thinking "What if I get pregnant? I shouldn't be running like this." I'm so mad...

Only one more week until our break starts! Still waiting to find out if I'll be teaching a short course over the break, but at this point I think I'll be spending some quality time at home.
First ultrasound is next Tues. Hopefully all is well with the bean!

Hi Wren,
I have gained about 30 pounds, but I don't know if it has to do with High FSH. For me, I think it is mostly the meds and it doesn't help that I have to have chocolate everyday. Sorry I wasn't much help!

Hello to all the ladies on this thread. I used to post on here a long time ago, but only for a few days. I live in the UK, and was an active poster on the UK boards, but tried to start posting in the US too to see if there was any info for poor responders \ POFs we could share. Unfortunately I just found it impossible to keep up with more than one site... so I dropped out. I do want to post ...

I'm one of the injectable/IUI success stories. My highest recorded FSH was lower than yours (12.2 when I was 33), but I'm also older than you (36). I went through 2 IVF cycles; neither made it to transfer because my embryos stopped dividing. We only had 1 out of 5 eggs fertilize on our first IVF and 2 out of 7 on our second attempt. I think our RE was just letting us try some ...

Hi all,
I'm new to this board. Here is some background on me. I'll be 34 this month, have endo, and was recently tested and got a slightly elevated FSH result. (Normal in our lab is up to 9, and I mine came back at 8.9) Given my age, and the sign that my egg reserve may be diminishing, my regular OB wants to either refer me to an RE, or do a lap for the endo, and start me on clomid...

Hi,
My name is Karen and I am 33. I was just diagnosed with an FSH of 21 and a TSH of 11.8. I'm beside myself and don't know what to do! My husband and I have been trying for 1.5 years. We did succeed once but it was a partial molar. I've been screened for cancer from that for 6 months year, but then this diagnosis.
I'm overwhelmed, scared, stressed and don't know where to turn or...
