I think mine took over 100 days. But he was filming Pink Panther 2 at the time and was probably busy. But it was well worth it as he personlized and signed all 4 of my custom index cards. RYAN J.

I would think it boils down to the celebrities themselves. People I know have spotted celebrities at post offices, and they're always sending me stupid giddy text and picture messages when it happens. I'm sure bigger celebrities would use assistants, though I'd assume a lot of them handle their mail just like everyone else. It also seems unlikely that talent agencies would actually hold a large stock of stamps, especially to...

I personally doubt that the celebrity would actually go to the post office and stand in line to get stamps for TTM returns. The stamps are probably coming from the agency. I can see, however, that it could be a wash to either send cash or IRCs, since it is probably going to the agency anyway to replentish their supply of stamps. I'm far from an expert on this subject, I'll admit. Myself, I'm getting ready to send overseas next...

Sending a celeb twice??
Published (2009-11-30 19:48:00)
Sending 3-5 photo's per request every time is considered greedy by the majority of collectors. I don't understand why people can't just be satisfied with 1 or 2 signed pictures. Celebrities are not signing machines, they are human beings. But oh well.

Should you always send an SASE?
Published (2009-11-29 14:51:00)
You should read the previous feedback for whoever you intend to send an LOR to. If the person is represented by their studio, agency, television network etc, and that organization always uses their own envelopes, then you will not need to send an SASE, as it would be a waste of money. Also, as far as "Getting expensive", it's much cheaper in the long run , to send your own requests for an autograph to the person...

I send 3-5 photos per request. I will be doing the same thing this time. I am not being greedy it was just a wild question and a stupid one at that. I was in the middle of trying to figure out which photos to send.... Each person does different things....

I just use the kind at Wal-Mart but any store should have them (CVS, Walgreens, probably even grocery stores). I usually get 9X12 manila envelopes with clasps. I just handwrite my address on the front. Hope this helped. Boss

Having one celeb sign 10 pictures is rude, even when you send it in two separate letters. Why do you need 10 signed pictures of this one celebrity? Just pick 2 or maybe 3 of your favorite pictures and send those. You don't want to come over as greedy.

The IRC should not be attached to anything, it just goes in the main envelope like the LOR and SAE. You can use US stamps to send the main envelope to the UK, as you usually would with domestic mail.

I "usually" snd a SASE, but stay within my budget. I do ocaisionally not send one 9when I make a request through e-mail, but even in that case I offer to pay postage or other expenses. Some will send with out requesting but others want postage to be sent. for example I recently made an e-mail request to the Searchers, and was advised to send $3.00 for postage from England. I am expecting the ...

You need to know the weight of the returned envelope. http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/cont ... tId=400036 That table will tell you how much that weight costs. First class stamps cost 39p, second class costs 30p. You can buy either and use as many will cover the cost of the letter.

Hello! I am a huge fan of The Celtic Woman. I emailed there official site and they are not providing an address to write to the woman. So I was thinking of sending photos to each woman or maybe all of them via venue were they are touring. They go to different places and I thought I would send it to one of there upcoming performances. I was wondering if it is a good idea to send it to the place ...
