To get a new PIN please email finance@fxopen.com with your identity documents attached and ask for a new PIN. Scans of your ID documents attached to a PIN reset request must be new scans and in a different filesize or format than the documents you used to verify your account. A valid telephone number must also be included. This extra security is to prevent fraudulent PIN changes.

The cards will be provided by ePassporte, the fees/limits can be viewed on their web site. I am reluctant to disclose any other information as I do not want to be bombarded with PMs should there be another delay or change.

Hi, About 2-3 month ago, i've created an account for micro and standard acc. since im active with the micro acc. Today, i've tried to login my standard acc. unfortunately, i can't login even thru platform (MT4) or cabinet. Is there any period that the acc. will automatically invalid if we never login for long? if i want to reactivate the standard acc, do i need to register new acc.? Thanks.

Hello, could anyone help me? I have one easy question... I want to make deposit in few months, still considering to open it here at FXopen. The problem is, that I have opened my miniaccount and made there a deposit of few bucks months ago.
