Human hearing supposedly goes from 20hz up to 20000hz. (low frequency to high)
I believe that is the bass boost frequency selector. Google says that amp has an 18db bass boost that is selectable. So if you set it at 45hz, you will have more low bass than if you set it at 90hz.
It really depends on the slope of the curve though. I would set it where it sounds the best to your ears.

fiber glass for you
