you'd get along with my boss, Hefty. He's got a '29 Tudor. He's also been hand forming all of his sheetmetal from 16ga by hand. His work is impressive none the less. I believe he's decided to use something slightly thinner for the body as he claims he's going to totally reconstruct it (frame, body, and all) from scratch and he's only using the existing chassis as a reference point.

Have thought about doing a wrap instead of paint because you could do anything you want with a wrap.

Damn you! I was gonna use Expeditionary Vehicle to some extent, and you beat me to it. :) The thought behind it is awesome IMO. It's not JUST a wheeling rig, or a mudding rig, or a dd, or a cross-country baja type, it's really all of the above. My thoughts exactly :)
Great looking rig... Red on tan FTW!

JMO go with a stock factory looking paint scheme, it will offset and compliment your bumpers and add ons etc.
A fancy custom job although nice, will jump out and take away from the focus on the custom equipment you have on your rig. Again JMHO.

Can I borrow your Chevy tie rod reamer?
Alright guys I need a favor, can I borrow someone's Chevy tie rod reamer? I will pay for shipping to and from (gotta love USPS flat rate boxes). I need to ream one hole, so I would appreciate if someone could help me save a couple of bucks. Thanks FSB.
