The 1983 Bronco is finally on the road!Got the 83 from my brother,back in April after he cooked the tranny.Spent most of the summer looking for a tranny.Finally found one in Clover,S.C.Rebuilt C-6 with a TCI Truck Master rebuild kit!Thanx Jorden (bluebronco 1966)The tranny is awesome! I know they are having some competitions out there but they are also leaving a lot of trails open to run too. Hey guys and girls, I live in Macon. Im looking for place to take my bronco and my 4wheeler... or my bronco and my canoe. The big thing is distance, Id like to find places that are not too far away. Just looking for easy wilderness trail riding, nothing too intense. Im not opposed to some mud but im not trying to sink my truck either. Im very interested in trails near ...

I just found this link on a *cough*Jeep*cough site I joined. http://www.mountainsideoffroadpark.com/ Looks like not too bad a place for maybe a day run. Might have to check it out when I get my mud tires and lift done.

anyone out there know of anyone, or shop that knows these vehicles? i have run in2 sum sort of trouble with???drivetrain, ive paid a pretty penny so far, now seriously trying to turn over as many rocks as i can b4 my love for my ride turns in2 all wheel bearings in good conditions. both front & rear diff's were opened, new seals, bearings, one new axle, set of spider gears(rear), adjustments...

as far as i know stock bronco, everywhere i grew up riding as a kid was friends backyards that have since moved... anyone know of some open areas i can get into without getting into trouble with my truck?
