LEDS are nowhere near bright enough for use where they need to project and help you see. I bought a "high-end" set of 9005 LEDS for my fogs. They barely cast enough light to reach the wall when parked in my garage. From a few feet away they just look like a soft glow. Don't waste your money. Just find some good aftermarket bulbs and go with those.

I purchased a set of halogen replacement lights from
JCWhitney and they are brighter than stock. They are an exact replacement, style #3156 and made by DesignTech. The instructions say Not to leave the lights on for a long time. I guess it will heat up the lense too much? I haven't had any problems yet. I installed them over a year ago. I also added aftermarket reverse lights on it's own circuit...

IMO glass break is the most valuable its not too expensive to add on, 25 bucks I believe. But I am not too worried about someone stealing my wheels, if I was then I would go for the
tilt sensor. Its all about what you want and what makes you feel comfortable.
My two cents!

I also would like up dates on the Troyer E-fan kit. I read that there was some problems like the controler or
some thing like that, but I read that they are using diffrent controlers now. I'm still deciding to buy it or not.

Do a search on this site for tach install should be lots of hits. I know there is one thread that says something about having to run a wire to pin#48 on the PCM I ...

102" whip is going slap trees if it was mounted to the ground. Get a smaller antenna with a linear booster and you'll
reach out with it

I've been using the Spal controller for a couple of years. It works fine and is easy to program. You do need an accurate source to take temps for the turn on points, I use a Scangauge2 which reports from the pcm.
I'm
racking my brain to remember where I got the temp sensor input from, but it is not coming to me. I know that I tried the Spal temp sensor, screwed into the block drain, and it ...
