As I mentioned to you on PHP's website, the MAF voltage seems kind of "all over the place", but, I don't really know what your RPM was. Typically, though, you shouldn't see more than a 0.4 V fluctuation below 55 MPH and it would be much less than this at hot idle. - Jack

First thought check your battery or put a battery tender on it. Second thought check the cable and connections, everything. Third thought call edge.

@ Blue Yeah I drive pretty lightly but I hear what you mean. Most people would def have that issue I bet. I'll be putting the the 87 economy tune order at the same time so hopefully the level 2 will be a nice upgrade and then the custom tune will be even more refined.

Sounds a bit like the "dirty throttle body" syndrome? Have a look, when you apply a tune to a truck that has this problem, it can't relearn how to deal with it quickly. - Jack

No problems here on the Edge or Gryphon (recently upgraded). I only run mine on level 3 anymore. Usually there's an underlying issue. A lot of the guys I've seen with skipping think it's the Edge, but when they set it back to stock the problem is still there.

I've heard the Gryphon is a better deal and PHP will custom tune for any mods (exhaust, CAI, tires, etc.). PHP has their own forum. You may want to ask users their opinion. http://dygytalworld.ehost-services139.com/forums/

Personally, I'd do the tuner first. Bluejay has said it before, and I agree - it's the last mod I'd want to give up. This will allow you to recalibrate for the different tire size, and if you go with the Gryphon, it will allow you to get a custom tune to get the most out of that CAI.

Here's the finished tube, looking straight down the intake end. The outer surface is cut down so it will just fit into the fender opening and is a 3 1/4" x 3 1/2" oval. The inside opening is a true 3" circular intake. The new snorkel tube will have to be angled slightly from the rest of the intake to fit into the fender properly. (It needs to enter the fender at close to a right ...
