Holy resurected post batman! Nice rig, but why did this thing come back from the year old grave??? Love the way that top raises up, a good way to make a radio box into a really nice camper option.

Sorry guys,
haven't logged in here for a long time
The wonderful Adventure Wagen - Mercedes-Benz 300GE - got sold short after it was posted here and lives now in Tennessee.
I'm venturing out now with a late Mercedes-Benz G-500 and just came back from an awesome trip to La Paz, Baja California.
Please check out my - since then new - website:

Nice looking truck. Would be a good basis for an expedition camper.
By the way, I think it's Stuart not Stewart.

What size overland is on there? Also do you have any pics of the interior storage space?

Willing to down trade for 80s Toyota 4runner or pickup. I'd prefer an 85 4runner but definitely not the red interior ones! But pretty much anything with 22RE and 5spd.
Picky but that's what I want.
I also have a Honda XR650L, asking $2200

I have two for sale in Denver.
One's an '85 with a hole in the block, but otherwise in good shape. Auto, 22RE w/ a cam, unmolested except a few added gauges, clean title.
The other is an '86, 22RE, 5spd, salvage title because of a hit to the passenger front, high miles, and needs a head gasket, completely stock.
PM if you want more info about either.
