I just think it's kind of "funny" that while the iPhone has been out for a few years people are just now deciding that it's infringing. You would think they would notice that pretty soon after it was initially released.

similar but not a "clear ripoff". And the Flight has video recording and playback natively...does the Pre...nope. :-(
