Hello, I have been taking a
Hatha Yoga class twice a week for 9 months. My flexability has improved, and I am feeling mentally and physically better much better. It hasn't help with weight loss though. I was wondering if anyone know approximately how many calories you burn doing 70 minutes of Hatha Yoga. Thanks
