Rotors look good. However you need to get some massive calipers to match the big car. Those factory calipers look like they came off a mini (a 4 wheel disc brake mini that never existed, but you know what I mean).

Yeah actually they do, probably notice more from the fact they are new discs, but the stopping power is better plus more responsive, have yet to take it on a good run yet though...

I put in an inquiry for a 135i on carsales and got a col crawford autoreply. The dealer woke me up this morning. Did the usual talk.... but on a Sunday? Is this how aggressive it is now? I did a search on here and came across your thread Technik. I don't think it would necessarily apply to a 09 car though? We are not trading in, no finance, no lease etc. Just straight up cash. I think if the dealer try screw around and play games,...

NSW have had them for ages, they use ground beam to detect the speed the police car is travelling at and work from there, it would really be a problem if we could still have radar detectors as you would need to have a rear sensor, but as they are illegal it dosent really matter. Thanks for the heads up. BobZ

Victorians are allowed to use them in 'adverse conditions.' Only problem is there isn't a definition for what constitutes 'adverse conditions.' There are a lot of different fog lights though. Some big ones on earlier WRXs can be quite distracting, whilst others aren't at all.

I wish the RTA had the balls to publish the percentage of accidents involving exceeding the prescribed limit only. They never seem to get away from lumping it with excessive speed for the conditions, which loosely translates to not actually speeding.
