Quote: gmu500 it was becoming too painful...no talk of the future, getting frustrated when we couldn't just pick up the phone and speak to share our daily experiences and also because I felt that I would never be number 1 since there were too many other issues that made it too complicated. Ending it was very difficult sounds same....

Skiing / boarding back...
Published (2009-12-01 16:42:00)
its a personal choice, a mate came over 2 seasons ago and dispite everyone telling him to get wrist protecting gloves he didn't, he went for the cheaper option, on the first day he fell and shattered his wrist, 6 bolts, a plate, 6k chf bill and 2 days in hospital later he wished he had bought the gloves. To be honest I probably don't need the gloves now, or the helmet, or the back protector, but I'd rather have them and not need...

Snowing - Page 3 - English Forum...

Hooray for snow! Got about 2cm here in Rotkreuz, Kanton Zug. I'm knocking off work early to go have a nice outdoor spa in Bad Dürrheim - The snow covered trees and gardens are going to be so pretty, and the chill will make the hot water all the better!

Natuzzi Sofas
Published (2009-12-01 11:02:00)
I also got a Natuzzi sofa, and I think it's quite fine really. The creases pick up some dirt/sand/etc, but I just vacuum them out now and then. Natuzzi has a sale once a year, might be in January... I got something like 30 or 40% off when I bought mine and got it for less than 2000chf.

Quote: russellmccullough8008 the truth is if you really love each other the distance will become too much. I did not read your whole post as the most important truth was right at the start If you love someone and they love you then nothing will come between the two. Distance can be made to disappear permanently.

Quote: JustRose Does anyone have advice on where to buy makeup besides Migros? They don't have a very wide selection. I am not looking for super high end makeup that is 50+CHF for a face powder but just the normal cover girl, revlon type brands. Why not try and re-use some of your existing skills but in the civilian market. Examples being:
Personal bodyguard, security expert, survival training, adventure training, a particular type of sport for example ski instructor, sailing instructor combine winter/summer of work part of the year the rest for study etc, etc. There is a rich client base here and I am sure there is more to the list...

' O Du Fröhliche' is a popular carol, one that I had never heard until I moved here. I believe it is German, not Swiss, though. O du fröhliche, o du selige,

Christ ist erschienen, uns zu versühnen:
