P.S. I am not a party animal, but I do like to think I am a social being. I realise Fribourg will not be filled with nightclubs and bars pumping out music until 5am, I am just curious to know what it does have to offer to someone arriving on their own, who cannot claim to speak French past asking directions and ordering drinks)
