How To Improve SPAM Filtering...

I too have issues with spam as it often finds legit email as being spam. I use t he NOT SPAM function, but it does not seem to work all the time. So i always need to view my email via the web to check the spam box to make sure an email did not go "missing".

Kim, Right now I'm on Mac OS 10.4.11, running Firefox 3.0.11. When I bring up the main page using https://secure.runbox.com , Firefox has put the cursor at the end of your "username" text that's in that particular field. I have to backspace to get rid of it, or cmd-A to highlight it all so I can type in my user name. I can, however, now just tab over to the password field. But please note, this seems to be a Firefox...

Hi there, Another user did have this problem, and he solved it by deleting all runbox related cookies in his browser. Perhaps you could try that as well? Liz

The new front page looks good, but like the other users, my login info won't pop in automatically anymore, but I know that you're working on that. My other issue that I've been having for about two months now is that my nickname auto complete stopped working for me, and I don't know why. I wrote in about this at the time and stated that I DO have it turned ON, then someone replied to my posting by saying "make sure...

Wow! A very clean and impressive change to the front page, Geir. Its main advantage over the old page is that it effectively gives equal exposure to the range of services Runbox now offers from web hosting to online email accounts. The old page didn't promote these additional services as effectively. My only criticism would be the links at the very top of the page. These seem a little random in how they have been grouped and ordered....

this may sound like a silly question but ever since you changed your home page, FF can no longer save the username and password. It gives me the option to do so but when I check the password manager it stores "password" as the username and the correct password. And it only auto completes when i click in the password field. Can you fix the page so that it properly records the username and ...

Actually, the designated "spam" folder does have an "(empty)" link just like the Trash folder. This was implemented a while ago. In addition, any folder that is used with a filter can not be deleted but trying to delete it will empty the folder. This isn't really a feature but a side-effect. If you select the folder and click the folder "Delete" button you will get a warning about ...

Login takes me to a folder NOT my inbox Now that you have put a redirect on runbox.com to automatically take users to beta.runbox.com, I have found that I am not always taken to my inbox upon login. Sometimes that's where runbox decides to take me, other times it takes me to one of my other folders. It's only a click to get to my inbox, of...

I have just tried sending a test message to my Gmail account and it saved the sent message o.k. I sent it from RMM5 webmail.I did notice however that the received message contained characters that I did not type into the message - I sent a message simply with the word test in it but when I looked at the message in Gmail it had test= in the body of the message. Also when I looked at the source...

As you know, Runbox includes fully featured web hosting with the very popular cPanel control panel. Recently we have added a new section in Runbox where you can easily set up your cPanel account and get started with your website. You may already have noticed the new link under Account takes you to the Web Hosting screen. If you haven't already set up a web site with Runbox, please give it a ...

Welcome to the forums pphzjpphzj. You should be able to turn compression off (somewhere in your settings) I can't tell you the exact location though, as I don't use OE.

Looks great so far. Looking forward to a solution to move folders. I found one problem and that is the dropdown menus are not working correctly in Safari 4 beta on the Mac. it looks like the dropdown menu appears behind the bar. I would also like a easier way to see if I have unreads in any folder.
